THE Minister of State for civil society affairs is visiting the Spain

His Excellency , The Minister of State for civil society has been visited the Spain, at  the invitation of the Toledo International Center for Peace to participate in the workshop for "Strengthening civil society in Iraq, through training seminar against the conflict resolution and human rights", which was held in Madrid for the period between 2-6 March 2009 ,in collaboration with the association of alamel at Baghdad, with special support from the Ministry of Education and Social Policy as well as the  Spanish Sports, within the framework of social, political and institutional,
